Emerald Green Takchita, Gold Beading

This takchita is a two-piece set in deep emerald-green crepe with a light train. The open dfina (overdress) is decorated with rows of gold beadwork on the chest and wide sleeves and large embroidered gold panels down the skirt. Underneath, the matching tahtia (underdress) closes down the front with a gold sfifa and small knotted buttons. A jewelled gold belt brings both layers together at the waist. The two layers give the takchita its rich, structured look, and the tahtia can also be worn on its own. Perfect for weddings, henna nights and grand celebrations.
